Hi there, I'm Magdalena 👋
I'm currently a PostDoc at the Research Center Trustworthy Data Science and Security, at the Technical University TU Dortmund. In my research, I investigate various aspects of human-centric trustworthy AI, such as the calibration of trust, trust assessments, and auditing of AI through AI seals of trust.Â
Before working at the Research Center, I completed my PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. My thesis examined why humans believe (mis-) information and how emotions and social identities contribute to that.Â
As a psychologist by training, my methods are primarily quantitative and empirical. I love to design experiments.Â
